booking policy
CONSULTATION: A consultation is required PRIOR TO booking any shoot.
RETAINER: A non-refundable, 50% retainer fee is required upon booking to secure the appointment.
REMAINING BALANCE: Due one day before the shoot (NO EXCEPTIONS)
*HAIR AND MAKEUP MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO SHOOT*
TIME POLICY: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time for any final adjustments. If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please contact us. Additional time will not be provided, however, extra time may be purchased if scheduling permits.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: To cancel or reschedule, you must provide notify us 48 HOURS before the scheduled start time, or required travel, whichever comes first. The rescheduled session must take place WITHIN THREE WEEKS of the original session date for the initial deposit to be transferred.
*SESSIONS RESCHEDULED BEYOND THE THREE WEEK PERIOD WILL REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT*
TURNAROUND TIME: All edited images are delivered within TWO WEEKS of the photoshoot. Should unforeseen circumstances affect delivery, clients will be notified of the delay and provided with a revised expected delivery date. Video deliverables may require additional time, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
