Artists are responsible for paying monthly retainer fees on the scheduled due date, making prompt payment for any additional services rendered, providing clear communication throughout duration of working relationship, and being involved in all creative processes.

Initial retainer fees are due upon request to retain services and prior to any services being completed. After the initial payment, fees are due every subsequent month on the scheduled due date. There are two payment options:

1. One monthly payment on a set date

2. Partial payments every two weeks

Studio sessions recordings will take place on scheduled dates at predetermined locations. Timing will be discussed further during consultation, but all artists are expected to get value for time as only 4 hours are allotted to document the studio session.

Artists are allowed, and encouraged, to book at least one photoshoot per month. This could be a one hour session or a mini sessions (30 minutes). Travel and studio fees will be applied where necessary. any photoshoots within a 10 mile radius will not cost. We will discuss your vision or any creative ideas you may have prior to the shoot. Use of images will be discussed as well to ensure proper distribution as well as any commission requirements if necessary (I.e social media, album covers, magazine/flyer/poster publishing, merchandise, etc.)
